1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship our products using Bpost, DHL, PostNL and mondial relay.
Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Belgium: 3-5 business days

• Netherlands: 3-5 business days

• Europe: 3-5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and selected shipping method.

• Belgium: € 4,50

• Netherlands: € 5,00
  

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ateliermoun@outlook.com.

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

8. International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
